I have experience working in schools, daycares, and with neurodiverse populations, which has shaped my ability to meet people with patience, openness, and adaptability. Wherever you are in your journey, my intention is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, without pressure or judgment.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered framework, where the relationship we build is the foundation for meaningful growth. I value trust, authenticity, and genuine connection, and I work to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I care deeply about creating an affirming and inclusive environment for individuals navigating identity, belonging, and the complexities that can come with those experiences. You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are, but instead feel fully accepted.
My experience in school and community settings, as well as working with neurodiverse individuals, has taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are. I take a flexible, individualized approach, honoring that everyone thinks, feels, and experiences the world in their own way.
At its core, I view therapy as a shared journey—one where we work together to better understand your story, navigate challenges, and support you in building a life that feels authentic, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.
